What the job really is

As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct client care to children with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording data on client behavior, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.
