What the job really is

As a Critical Intervention Specialist at CBEM, you will provide support to individuals in crisis, focusing on preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Your role includes developing stabilization plans, consulting with mental health professionals, and participating in interdisciplinary planning meetings. You will also engage in clinical training and be part of a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls.
