What the job really is

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Caylent, you will work directly within client organizations, taking ownership of assigned workstreams and delivering production-quality work from the outset. Your role involves building and shipping in client environments, participating in architecture reviews, and translating ambiguous problems into actionable tasks. You will also document and hand off your work to ensure sustainability after your engagement ends.
