Commercial Counsel

In this role as Commercial Counsel at Cast AI, you will be responsible for managing the entire commercial contracting process, which includes negotiating sales agreements, vendor agreements, and customer contracts. You will also lead efforts to standardize contracting processes as the company transitions from a single-product to a multi-product platform, while advising on compliance with data protection laws and intellectual property matters. Additionally, you will have supervisory responsibilities over legal resources in the APAC region and collaborate with various teams across the organization.
