What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Three or more years of professional experience supporting production Python and SQL/PostgreSQL processes.

  • Experience with Sagent/LoanServ, LoanServ scripting, or another loan servicing platform, and both traditional mortgage and Chattel loan processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, JavaScript, or HTML.
  • Experience with document-management platforms, ticketing systems, external servicing vendors, or DevOps pipelines; Jenkins experience is preferred.
What the job really is

The IT Servicing Support Analyst at Cascade is responsible for hands-on production support and automation of business-critical processes related to mortgage and Chattel loans. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining existing Python and PostgreSQL automations, managing ETL jobs, and ensuring the integrity of data through various integrations and vendor processes. The analyst will also communicate with stakeholders and participate in an on-call rotation to address production issues.
