What the job really is

As a Training Coordinator at Career Team, you will provide customer-centered workforce development training services to program participants. Your role includes liaising with training providers, educating participants about training opportunities, facilitating assessment sessions, and maintaining documentation. You will also track progress towards program benchmarks and collaborate with Career Advisors to support participant success.
