What the job really is

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Carbon Direct, you will design, build, and deploy full-stack features for their carbon management platform. You will work collaboratively with product, science, and business teams, taking ownership of the software lifecycle from discovery to production. Your role involves refining requirements, making architectural decisions, and supporting AI-empowered contributors, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
