Head of Talent Acquisition (6-month contract)

The Head of Talent Acquisition at CarbonChain will lead the recruitment function during a crucial growth phase, focusing on hiring senior engineering and product roles. This hands-on position involves developing a talent acquisition strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and enhancing the candidate experience while working closely with senior leadership. The role also requires reducing reliance on external agencies and establishing a sustainable talent pipeline.

• A day rate of £550 – £650, outside IR35, dependent on experience
• An initial 6-month contract, with a potential opportunity to extend to 12 months
• Direct exposure to the founders and senior leadership team
