What the job really is

Captivation Software is seeking a mid-level software engineer to assist in developing and maintaining Java and Angular applications, as well as supporting RESTful APIs and database integrations. The role involves working on application modernization initiatives, deploying containerized applications in Kubernetes, and participating in architecture and code reviews. Additionally, the engineer will develop automated tests and support CI/CD pipelines while providing backup database administration.
