  • Experience utilising performance and feedback metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous programme improvement.
What the job really is

As an Operational Training Specialist, you will design and deliver training programs focused on financial crime, fraud, and disputes for both new hires and existing staff. Your role involves translating complex regulatory requirements into clear training materials, maintaining documentation, and evaluating training effectiveness. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with legal and operational standards.
