What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Outstanding degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a comparable field
  • Initial professional or project experience in digital production, ideally in Manufacturing, Process Industry, Life Sciences, or Consulting
  • Strong interest in digital production strategies and innovative technologies
  • Excellent presentation and moderation skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent in German and English
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of MES and ERP systems, IoT, or Industrial Digital Twins

You will design and plan future Smart Plants, work in international project teams, and contribute to innovative consulting approaches while enhancing Smart Plant expertise.
