What the job really is

As a Data Migration Specialist at Canopy, you will support the Customer Experience team during customer onboarding by ensuring successful and accurate data migrations to Canopy's Practice Management Suite. Your daily tasks will include preparing and validating customer data, collaborating with various teams to resolve data-related issues, and performing quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity.
