The Workplace Services intern will support the administrative activities of Microsoft 365 platforms, perform operational validations and configuration checks, and assist in managing Windows and MacOS devices. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance indicators, conducting basic inventory analyses, executing operational procedures, and maintaining operational documentation while also contributing to the creation of a knowledge base.
