The Head of Retention CRM will lead the CRM function at Butternut Box, transforming it from a reactive service to a proactive lifecycle engine. This role involves strategizing and optimizing customer journeys across multiple markets, managing a team, and focusing on retention metrics and commercial impact. The position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective management of CRM technology and vendor relationships.
