What the job really is

As the Head of Enablement at BuildOps, you will lead the development and execution of enablement strategies across various functions including Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your role involves defining the vision for the BuildOps Academy, managing a team of enablement professionals, and utilizing AI to enhance training and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for establishing KPIs to track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and communicating progress to executive leadership.
