What the job really is

As the Head of Enablement at BuildOps, you will lead the development and execution of enablement strategies across various departments, including Revenue and Customer Success. Your role involves defining the vision for the BuildOps Academy, managing a team of enablement professionals, and ensuring the effective use of AI in content creation and training. You will also be responsible for establishing KPIs to track the success of enablement initiatives and communicating progress to executive leadership.
