IT Engineer

As an IT Engineer at Buildkite, you will be responsible for operational support and engineering tasks, focusing on automation and system building rather than manual ticket handling. You will work closely with a small team to implement AI tools and improve IT processes, ensuring effective support for a globally distributed team. Your role will involve managing SaaS platforms, device management, and contributing to infrastructure as code, all while maintaining strong communication in a remote-first environment.
