Head of Operations (Entertainment Venue)

The Head of Operations will oversee the daily management and financial performance of a live-entertainment venue in Manhattan, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This role involves leading budgeting, reporting, and developing strategies for revenue expansion while managing onsite staff and maintaining high service standards. The individual will also play a key role in preparing for future growth and multi-venue expansion.

• $170,000 - $210,000 base salary + Performance-Based Incentive
