What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and building analytics solutions, preferably in Oracle Analytics Cloud and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
  • Expert SQL/PL/SQL and dimensional data modeling; strong understanding of star schemas, slowly-changing dimensions, and analytics-specific optimization techniques
  • Proven experience designing and deploying analytics solutions on Oracle Cloud (ADW, OAC) or NetSuite cloud environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills with ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in virtual, distributed team environments
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with NetSuite data structure and standard analytics/reporting workflows
  • Experience with Oracle APEX or low-code platforms; ability to coordinate APEX+analytics integrated solutions
  • Exposure to integration tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, Celigo, Boomi, Workato) and API-driven data architecture
  • Cloud certifications (Oracle Cloud Associate/Professional, Snowflake, other) or NetSuite analytics certifications.
What the job really is

As a Senior Analytics Consultant at Bryant Park Consulting, you will lead the delivery of analytics solutions that integrate NetSuite data with Oracle Analytics Cloud and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing the full analytics lifecycle, designing data models, developing SQL/PL/SQL transforms, and mentoring junior consultants while ensuring client outcomes are met from discovery to deployment.
