Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist at Broadsign, you will serve as a technical product expert throughout the customer journey, facilitating product evaluations, demonstrations, and onboarding processes. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales and Product, to lead technical evaluations and integration projects while gathering customer feedback to influence product development. Your role will also involve providing training and technical support to clients, ensuring they effectively utilize the company's software solutions.
