What the job really is

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bridgeway will be responsible for executing a structured lead generation process, making 60–80 outbound calls daily, and qualifying inbound leads. As the first SDR, this role involves establishing a repeatable lead generation process, adhering to a defined script, and maintaining data integrity in the CRM. The position requires collaboration with Account Executives and participation in continuous improvement efforts.
