What the job really is

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you will be responsible for resolving maintenance issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair while ensuring excellent service for residents. Your role will also include preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, maintaining the building's cleanliness, and providing outstanding customer service. You will need to be available for emergency situations and may work weekends or evenings as part of an on-call rotation.
