What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 6 to 11 years of combined law-firm and in-house experience, ideally including time at a SaaS, payments/fintech, or other regulated technology company
  • JD from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one US state
  • A track record of operating independently, owning matters end to end, and being trusted to make and defend judgment calls with limited oversight
  • Strong command of technology and commercial contracting, with the instinct to balance risk and speed

What the job really is

As Lead Counsel at Boulevard, you will provide legal guidance on a variety of matters, particularly in the payments and FinTech sectors.
