What the job really is

As an Implementation Consultant at Bottomline, you will manage the delivery of projects related to the Paymode Payment Portal and Global PTX Payment Hub. Your responsibilities will include creating project plans, coordinating daily operations, maintaining project status reports, and ensuring excellent client care while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also analyze client requirements, document processes, and facilitate training based on client needs.
