What the job really is

As a Senior Software Engineer at Bluestaq, you will serve as a technical anchor for your team, responsible for designing and implementing complex features across multiple services. Your role includes mentoring junior engineers, improving code quality, and addressing technical debt while ensuring mission readiness. You will also debug complex issues, lead features from conception to production, and make incremental improvements to architecture and tooling.

Benefits
  • Salary Range (CO): $100,000 — $155,000 USD
  • Relocation assistance may be available for this role and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Bluestaq will sponsor eligible candidates through the clearance process based on program needs.
