What the job really is

As a NATO Systems Course Designer, you will create and develop training curricula for NATO operators using the ADOPT solution and its associated tools. Your responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, adapting existing JCO curriculum to NATO's context, and designing various training materials for small operator cohorts. You will also coordinate with NATO specialists and support course validation events, ensuring that the training reflects real operational environments.
