Patient Growth Associate

The Patient Growth Associate at Bluebird Kids Health will focus on acquiring new patients through community engagement and partnerships. This role involves building relationships with local organizations, hosting events, and managing the full lifecycle of community-generated leads to convert families into patients. Success is measured by the number of families engaged and enrolled in the pediatric care services offered by the organization.
