Director of Product & Delivery Management

The Director of Product & Delivery Management at Bloom Works will lead the Product and Delivery practice, focusing on building client capacity in product thinking and supporting government leaders in establishing effective product teams. This role involves managing a team of Product and Delivery Managers, fostering client relationships, and raising Bloom's profile in the civic technology space. The director will also contribute to strategic decisions within the organization and represent Bloom's product expertise in the field.

• Salary range is $180,000 - $205,000 annually
