What the job really is

As the Manager of Onboarding at Bloomerang, you will lead a team responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process for Bloomerang's products. Your role involves overseeing team performance, coaching team members, and collaborating with various departments to enhance onboarding programs. You will also track key metrics, manage project progress, and implement improvements based on customer feedback and performance data.
