Head of Product, Home Lending

As the Head of Product for Blend's home lending business, you will lead a team of product managers and owners, owning the product vision and roadmap for the largest product line. Your role involves managing customer commitments, scaling the Rapid business, and leading strategic account relationships while integrating AI into product development. You will also be responsible for developing your team and shaping the transition to the new Mosaic platform.

• Base salary range of $205,000 – $241,000
