Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead

The Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead at Blend Labs will oversee the company's external financial reporting and serve as the primary technical accounting resource. This role involves preparing SEC reports, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, managing equity and lease accounting, and enhancing financial reporting processes. The Lead will also collaborate with various departments and external auditors while building and mentoring a high-performing financial reporting team.

• Base Salary Range: $124,000 – $146,000
