Paralegal

The Paralegal at BlackSky will provide essential administrative support to the Legal Department and assist with corporate governance activities, including documentation management and corporate filings. The role involves engaging with external counsel, supporting SOX reporting and SEC filings, and managing various agreements. The position can be remote, but candidates on the east coast are preferred due to occasional travel to the Herndon office for meetings.
