As a Pediatric Therapist at Blackbird Health, you will provide individual evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents in a fully remote setting. • Compensation structure includes a base salary with potential additional earnings based on client load
• Role is part-time with a commitment of 20 hours per week, which includes 17 hours of direct therapy and 3 administrative hours
• Immediate patient referrals with guaranteed caseload, which may affect workload management
