Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage maintenance operations across multiple multifamily properties, ensuring efficient logistics and high-quality service. Your responsibilities include overseeing apartment turnovers, handling work orders, and leading a team of maintenance technicians while performing skilled trades work such as plumbing and electrical tasks. You will also utilize technology for work order processing and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

• $32-$34 per hour
