Senior Laboratory Director, Oncology

The Senior Laboratory Director, Oncology will lead the daily operations of a high-complexity oncology clinical laboratory at BillionToOne. This role involves managing laboratory staff, overseeing budget and compliance, driving operational performance, and ensuring the accuracy of oncology report sign-outs. The director will also collaborate with various teams on assay development and provide technical oversight in the laboratory.
