LIMS Associate, Prenatal

The LIMS Associate will support clinical patient testing in a high-throughput CLIA lab by coordinating tech transfers between the lab and LIMS Engineers, triaging support tickets, and monitoring LIMS usage to suggest improvements. The role involves direct interaction with lab staff to resolve issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in testing new LIMS workflows.
