  • JD and licensed to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions
  • 5+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, ideally with exposure to life science or health care organizations
  • Experience advising commercial leaders and colleagues on business strategies, product promotion, sales programs and transactions and other commercial initiatives
