Director, Revenue Cycle Management

As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Bicycle Health, you will lead the transformation of the billing and collections processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include managing the Athena EHR billing system, overseeing an offshore RCM vendor, educating teams on billing guidelines, and driving operational efficiency across various teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and optimizing revenue cycle performance as the organization expands its services.
