What the job really is

As an Engineering Manager in Platform Engineering, you will lead a team of 10–12 engineers focused on enhancing platforms and tooling for application teams. Your role involves driving the roadmap, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve platform capabilities. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance and stability, managing incidents, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
