Learning and Development Business Partner - Warehouse

As a Learning and Development Specialist at BDA, you will oversee and coordinate training for warehouse operations teams, focusing on developing and implementing effective training programs. Your role involves delivering training sessions, managing logistics, evaluating existing programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also create instructional materials and partner with leaders to develop career pathways for team members.

• Base salary range of $70,000 to $85,000
