What the job really is

The Senior Merchandise Planner is responsible for managing sales, inventory, and profitability through strategic planning and collaboration with various teams. Daily tasks include developing budgets, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales reports, and executing allocation strategies to ensure product availability. This role also involves vendor partnerships and operational execution to optimize retail performance across multiple channels.
