The Senior Regional Director at BBYO will lead efforts to grow membership and enhance engagement among Jewish teens in the Greater Midwest Region. Daily responsibilities include managing local staff, mentoring teen leaders, coordinating events, and building community relationships. The role also involves overseeing a programmatic budget and participating in organizational initiatives, all while fostering a fun and dynamic environment for teens.
