Sr. Director or AVP, Philanthropic Engagement (Northeast Fundraising Lead)

As the Northeast Fundraising Lead at BBYO, you will spearhead fundraising efforts to secure financial support for BBYO communities in the Northeast. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and collaborating with local leaders to enhance community engagement. You'll also coordinate fundraising events and work closely with various departments to increase BBYO's visibility and impact.

• Salary Range: $120,000- $200,000
• Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus incentive based on individual performance
