What the job really is

As a Senior Living Occupational Therapist at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide outpatient therapy evaluations and develop care plans for adult and geriatric patients in their homes. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to maximize clients' functional independence and educate families and caregivers on care plans. The role involves utilizing an electronic medical records platform for documentation and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
