What the job really is

The Global Billing Analyst at Bandwidth will support customer billing operations by handling inquiries, processing disputes, and ensuring accurate invoicing. This role involves developing relationships with customers and internal teams, analyzing billing details, and contributing to the monthly revenue close cycle. The analyst will also engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to enhance billing processes and customer satisfaction.
