What the job really is

As a NOC Manager at Bandwidth, you will supervise a 24/7 Network Operations Center, leading a team to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues while ensuring key performance indicators are met. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, overseeing escalations and ticketing, creating documentation, and participating in strategic planning sessions. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and representing the NOC in executive updates and audits.
