What the job really is

The Product Support Engineer at Bandwidth is responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues reported by customers, focusing on product and API functionality. This role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve customer experience, creating documentation, and advocating for customer needs. The engineer will also participate in product testing and provide support during off-peak hours as needed.
