What the job really is

As a Manager of Business Development at BambooHR, you will lead and develop an outbound team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize growth and refine outbound strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to enhance customer engagement and pipeline generation, while also coaching team members and analyzing performance metrics to drive success.
