The Family Engagement Lead at Babyzone Glasgow is responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for families attending the Hub. Daily tasks include setting up and closing down the facility, engaging with families and stakeholders, problem-solving issues, and supporting class leaders. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to foster a positive environment for early childhood development activities.
