What the job really is

The Automation Cell Culture Biologist role at Axle involves supporting research at the National Institute on Aging by conducting automated, large-scale cell culture experiments to characterize genetic pathways related to Alzheimer's disease. Daily tasks include performing iPSC culture, differentiation, and phenotyping using automated liquid handling platforms, as well as analyzing the effects of ADRD-associated mutations on cellular readouts.
